The bdlucky platform is intended solely for individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

To be eligible to use the bdlucky platform, you must confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

• Have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by bdlucky for reasons including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

bdlucky operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

bdlucky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Such documents may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

bdlucky supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most widely used mobile money platforms and card payment networks. All wallet transactions on the bdlucky platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol throughout the platform. There is no currency conversion step — amounts deposited in Taka via bKash or Nagad are credited to your bdlucky wallet in Taka.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (issued by Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Mastercard (same issuer conditions apply). bdlucky reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing Time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your bdlucky wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Fees: bdlucky does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your mobile money provider or bank are outside bdlucky's control and are your responsibility.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified in your account. bdlucky does not process withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts.

Anti-Money-Laundering Policy: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bdlucky does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposits identified as originating from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant account will be subject to a compliance review. bdlucky cooperates fully with any lawful request for information from relevant authorities and maintains transaction records in accordance with applicable data retention standards.

bdlucky reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of unusual account activity. Players will be notified of any delay and given a reasonable opportunity to provide any information required to complete the review.

All betting and gaming activity on the bdlucky platform is subject to the rules set out in this section, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at bdlucky's sole discretion. bdlucky reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature on the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction during bet placement or settlement, bdlucky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' wallets.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Live (in-play) odds may be suspended at any time during a match event.
• Markets available on the bdlucky sportsbook include BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, domestic and international football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as added from time to time.
• Bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). Where an official result is not available or is disputed, bdlucky may defer settlement until a result is confirmed.

Casino Games:

• All casino games on the bdlucky platform are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's certified game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
